Day number 39: HEART ATTACK!

The weak morning light streamed through the cracks of the blinds right above me. I shut my eyes tight trying to banish the light, and pretend that it was still night. I opened my eye once more, hoping my plan worked. It did not.

With a groan I lazily wrestled with my blankets. My toes curled from the cold air the bit at them. After a few minutes of laying still I finally got up and got ready for school. I before I closed my bedroom door a feeling of forgetting something clouded my mind. Foolishly I banished this thought.

Once the door clicked behind me I remembered what I had left in my room. My keys! Frantically I grabbed a bobbie pin from my bathroom and jammed it in the keyhole. I had no luck. With a shrug I tossed the pin back onto the bathroom counter.
"I will just have to talk to the RA," I muttered to myself.

"Since the test is Wednesday we are going to have review day," Dr. Holt said walking into the classroom. The bitter smell of his coffee filled the room in a matter of minutes.
With that he began covering everything we should know for the test.

As I walked across the wet street, looking down at my feet to find worms, to the Institute building I thought about what I had just learned and began memorizing key terms. Since The Doc had let us go early I sat in the Institute lounge and looked over the study guide.

We began with the hymn "I Believe in Christ" and had an opening prayer to invite the spirit. Brother Burhley began the lesson on "The Wall" of the Book of Mormon. 2 Nephi. We went into what Isiah really was saying. I listened as Brother Burhley said, "A good way to under this book in the Book of Mormon is to also have the book of Isiah open and compare and read the footnotes."

Weak rays of sunshine streamed through the retreating grey clouds and warmed my face when I walked out of the building and headed to the Union building.

(sorry guys it's almost 11 now so I'm going to finish this post tomorrow. Stay tuned!)
